So here is my meal plan for this week. Seems we will be having a lot of potatoes, but while grocery shopping I bought 50lbs worth!
Monday- Crock pot chicken fajitas w/spanish rice
Tuesday: Pulled Pork sammies w/ mac and cheese
Wednesday: Homemade Pizza
Thursday: Mini burgers and French fries
Friday: Spicy chicken w/ fried potatoes and steamed broccoli
Saturday: Meatloaf w/ mashed potatoes and baked beans
Sunday: Mexican Chicken w/peas and mac and cheese

No.. you are not the only one that found Monday came sooner than expected. I love your menu plan.. but the 2 extra kilo that I seem to have aquired (don't know how.. I am always so careful with what I eat ..not) will not go if I ate at your house every night. But I am betting I would be in a good mood!
